The huge lake was created in 2002 and reached it’s maximum level in 2010. Besides its use for irrigation and electricity production this 83 Km long lake is located in a very nice region – The Alentejo. Have a look.

Although the Health Spa stopped in 1970, it was known for it’s miraculous water and gambling Casino since the renaissance. The past decades it struggled to keep its identity – have a look.
